Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard delivery options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method at a standard flat rate.

International Shipping: We currently only deliver within the UK.

Return Policy
Returns: Photography is personised a made to order, returns are only reliable on faulty items. You may return a faulty item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be: faulty and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@hereyoubelong.co.uk to request a return authorization. Once authorized, please pack the item securely and include your order number. Ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive a notification once your return is processed.Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund.
